Mikonotai collects only what it needs to deliver your acquisitions, keep license records, prevent fraud and — if you opt in — tell you about upcoming releases.
01Orders & license records
Customer data is used for order delivery, nominative license certificates, Collector Vault access and fraud prevention. Payment details are processed by Stripe and are never stored by Mikonotai.
02Site analytics
Lightweight analytics help understand which pages, campaigns, referrers and devices lead to acquisitions. This includes page paths, UTM parameters, referrer domains, approximate region data from the hosting provider, and anonymous visitor and session identifiers. Analytics are used only to improve the gallery.
03Private list
If you join the Collector List, your email address and its attribution source may be stored so Mikonotai can send release notices and viewing keys, and understand which channels bring collectors to the gallery. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying “unsubscribe” to any Mikonotai email.
04Commission requests
Details you send through the commission form (name, email, brief and references) are used only to reply to your request.
05Sign-in
Collector Vault sign-in uses one-time magic links sent to your email. Session cookies keep you signed in; they are not used for advertising.
