Terms of Sale

Each character entity is offered as a single edition. Once acquired, it is marked Acquired — Private Collection and is never offered for sale again. When you open the secure checkout, the entity is reserved for you for up to 30 minutes; if payment is not completed, it returns to the collection automatically.

An acquisition transfers only the rights stated in the license tier you selected (Tier I Private Collector License, Tier II Studio & Commercial IP Rights, or Tier III where offered). The tier is recorded on the nominative certificate issued for your order.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Mikonotai never receives or stores your card details. Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the acquisition dossier. Supporter or promotion codes, when available, are entered on the Stripe checkout page.

Delivery is instant once payment clears: the unwatermarked master (or archive package), your nominative license certificate and permanent access to your Collector Vault. A valid email address is required for delivery, license records and vault access. Download links may carry a usage limit or expiry for security; your Collector Vault keeps permanent access to every acquisition.

Some works are AI-assisted and are curated and finished by the atelier. This is labeled in external captions, as stated throughout the gallery.

A gift link grants its recipient the license stated on the gift page. It can be downloaded directly or saved to a Collector Vault, and may be restricted to a specific email address, a download limit or an expiry date.

Because files are delivered immediately, refunds are reviewed case by case. See the refund policy.
