Refund Policy
Digital files are delivered to your Collector Vault immediately after payment, and each entity is retired from sale the moment it is acquired. For that reason, refunds are reviewed case by case.
01Always corrected
Duplicate payments, failed delivery and technical issues preventing access to your files or certificate will be corrected promptly — by restoring access, re-issuing the certificate, or refunding the duplicate charge.
02Reviewed case by case
Other requests are reviewed individually, taking into account whether the master file has been downloaded and the one-of-one nature of the edition.
03How to ask
Reply to your order confirmation email with your order details and a short description of the issue. Including the archive reference shown on your certificate speeds up the review.
